Section out 1 inch areas at a time to apply a dab of  "your favorite gel" or your favorite mousse.  Curls and or waves will magically begin to define and separate themselves.
About 10 - 15 minutes for a full head of medium lenght and texture. Let air dry (curls will coil up tighter), diffuse or sit under hood dryer.

It can be added to the bath for a nutrient rich bath for normal to dry skin.  It comes with a roller ball,
which can be removed.
It also makes a great after bath oil which should be applied after a bath or shower to wet skin and allowed to air dry.
It can be applied directly to the hair
